You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and all parts. Keep your order number/receipt handy.

Return authorization (RMA)
We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address may be rejected.
Who pays for return shipping?
• If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item/size, we cover a prepaid return label.
• For change-of-mind returns (including sizing issues), you may use your own label or request our prepaid label; if you choose our label, a flat $7.95 USD will be deducted from your refund per return shipment.
Restocking fees
No restocking fees apply, except for items clearly marked “Oversize/Heavy” on the product page. Those items incur a 15% restocking fee to cover carrier and handling costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to start a return and select “Exchange.” We’ll ship the replacement after your return is carrier-scanned. One free size/color exchange per order (we cover the exchange shipping). Additional exchanges use the $7.95 USD prepaid-label deduction described above.
Non-returnable items
• Personalized or custom items
• Gift cards
• Perishables or hazardous items (as labeled on the product page)
• Final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page and at checkout)
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days with photos if an item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Lost packages & delivery issues
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, contact us within 7 days. We’ll help file a carrier claim and, once complete, offer a reship or refund as appropriate. If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we can reship once the address is updated; additional shipping may apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or once your return label is carrier-scanned), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@wagisk.com
Where returns go
We’ll provide the correct return address on your RMA (our facility or a partner warehouse). Please don’t send items to the manufacturer unless we instruct you to do so.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
