About Us

Wagisk is an online senior-pet wellness store, operated from Italy and fulfilled through US-based partners. All orders ship from within the United States and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days — an estimate, not a guarantee. Our customer mailing address in the United States (listed on our Contact page) is used for written correspondence only.

Shipping & Fulfillment 🚚

  • Products are shipped from third-party warehouses in the U.S.
  • We only list products held in a U.S. warehouse, so every order ships domestically.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
  • While we carefully select our suppliers, occasional delays or stock issues may occur.

Product Accuracy & Updates 📝

  • Occasionally, mistakes may happen. If so, we'll notify you promptly and provide options to resolve the issue.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Full eligibility criteria, timeframes, and the return authorization process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these customer policies. Returns go back to the U.S. fulfillment center your order shipped from — you will never be asked to ship a return overseas.

EU consumer right of withdrawal. Wagisk is operated from Italy and ships to United States addresses only. Where a customer is resident in the European Union, that customer has a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact info@wagisk.com with your order number. Returned items must be in their original condition. This right is in addition to, and does not replace, the return options described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • Wagisk's liability for any claim arising from or relating to a purchase is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • Nothing in these policies excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the rights of consumers under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Italian Codice del Consumo.
  • Wagisk works with third-party suppliers and is not responsible for delays, defects, or other issues caused by suppliers, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Wagisk acts as the data controller. Personal information is used only for order fulfillment, customer communication, and purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

Intellectual Property

All website content – images, logos, and text – belongs to Wagisk or our suppliers and licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law and Disputes

  • These policies and any contract of sale formed through this website are governed by the laws applicable to the place where Wagisk is operated, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence apply.
  • Customers resident in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence under EU consumer protection rules. Customers resident in the United States retain any rights under applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.
