Wagisk Return & Refund Policy

At Wagisk, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a clear, fair, and stress-free return experience. If you or your pet are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Free from pet hair, dander, saliva, odors, stains, or debris
  • Not chewed, scratched, soiled, or damaged by a pet
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags, inserts, and manuals included
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Definition of “Unused”

“Unused” means the product has not been actively used by a pet.

A brief indoor inspection or fit check (without extended wear or pet interaction) is acceptable. Items showing signs of prolonged use, heavy pet contact, odors, or damage may be declined, even if returned within the 30-day window.

Wagisk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made productsHygiene- or safety-sensitive items once
  • opened or used (including pet beds, grooming tools, and toys)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, any item showing signs of pet use may be deemed non-returnable, regardless of return timing.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence.

Resolution

If the issue is verified:

  • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund
  • We will cover all return shipping costs

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.


4. Returns for Size Issues or Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization.

To initiate a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or product:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures the fastest processing and inventory availability.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Payment providers may take 5–10 business days to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


8. Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received:

  • Notify us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation
  • We will assist with a carrier investigation where applicable

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Responsibility generally transfers to the recipient at that point. Theft-related cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in line with our Shipping Policy.


9. Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Wagisk is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
