Wagisk Shipping Policy

At Wagisk, we’re committed to delivering reliable, transparent shipping for pet parents across the United States. To ensure fast fulfillment and dependable service, we currently ship within the U.S. only and work with trusted logistics partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based fulfillment partners whenever inventory is available, allowing us to provide faster delivery times and consistent service for our customers.


2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE on all U.S. orders

There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.


3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Transit Time
Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high carrier volume, processing or transit times may be slightly extended.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system after dispatch. Carrier scan delays may occur and do not necessarily indicate an issue with your shipment.

If your order contains multiple items, items may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.


5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable U.S. carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipments are typically handled by USPS and may also be delivered by other regional or national last-mile carriers depending on location and logistics availability.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be modified or redirected once processing has begun
  • Wagisk is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

7. Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

If your order experiences a significant delay or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update.

We will work with our fulfillment and carrier partners to investigate the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on carrier confirmation and delivery status.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Wagisk is not responsible for packages lost due to theft after confirmed delivery.


8. Force Majeure

Wagisk is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, labor issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
